REQUEST REFUND
Issues regarding return and refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 7 days.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any protective coverings, labels, or accessories.
- Customized products (e.g., embossed graphics, personalizations) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase (Shopify order number or receipt).
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned after the 7-day period.
- Customized or personalized items unless defective.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team via [Email/Line/Shopify Message] within 7 days of receipt to request a return.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address (Chunghwa Post).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
- We recommend using registered Chunghwa Post shipping to ensure traceability.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and deemed eligible.
- Refunds will be processed via ECPay, the same method used for the original payment.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.
- Refunds will include the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
- Contact our support team for an exchange, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a full refund or replacement, information regarding refund shipping cost and refund actions will be provided when customer reaches out to schedule the refund.
7. Legal Compliance
- This policy complies with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law (消費者保護法).
- Consumers retain the right to cancel the contract within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, except for items expressly excluded under the law (customized goods).
