REQUEST REFUND

Issues regarding return and refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned within 7 days.
  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any protective coverings, labels, or accessories.
  3. Customized products (e.g., embossed graphics, personalizations) are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
  4. The customer must provide proof of purchase (Shopify order number or receipt).

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned after the 7-day period.
  • Customized or personalized items unless defective.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via [Email/Line/Shopify Message] within 7 days of receipt to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address (Chunghwa Post).
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
  5. We recommend using registered Chunghwa Post shipping to ensure traceability.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected and deemed eligible.
  • Refunds will be processed via ECPay, the same method used for the original payment.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.
  • Refunds will include the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
  • Contact our support team for an exchange, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a full refund or replacement, information regarding refund shipping cost and refund actions will be provided when customer reaches out to schedule the refund.

7. Legal Compliance

  • This policy complies with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Law (消費者保護法).
  • Consumers retain the right to cancel the contract within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, except for items expressly excluded under the law (customized goods).
